Dr. Shawn Michael Nichols, PhD, MA, CC

Dr. Nichols is both a successful bricks-and-mortar entrepreneur and an organizational psychologist. A former CEO and business creator with real corporate skills, then a PTSD and group psychologist, Dr. Nichols is interested in bridging the concepts of professional needs and personal talents and concerns.  In this way, he works as a Coach, Employee Assistance Practitioner, Corporate Consultant, private-practice psychologist, speaker, and author.

Certified in Dialectical Behavior, Motivational Interviewing, Conflict Resolution, Advanced and Masters Level Hypnotherapy, Life Skills, Addiction/Recovery, and Seeking Safety, Dr. Nichols offers both a blend of a non-traditional therapeutic environment with intense-focus strategic coaching and training structures.

A member of the American Psychological Association (APA), American Economic Association (AEA), American Statistical Association (ASA), and Int’l Employee Assistance Professional Assoc. (EAPA), Dr. Nichols believes in continuing education for himself and works to maintain ethical interventions and assistance among people in various levels of goal- completion and/or conflict.

Dr. Mary Ann O’Neill, Ed.D, LMFT

Dr. Mary Ann O'Neill is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT 2151) and Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP 2152).  Dr. O'Neill has decades of experience, in which she specialized in the application of evidenced-based cognitive behavior intervention applied to the treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Attention/Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Trauma-and Stressor-Related Disorders in the home, school and work environment. 

Dr. O'Neill is a member of the California Association of Marriage, Family and Child Counselors and The California Association of School Psychologist.  She operates on the premise that every client (adult or child) has unique needs and that successful interventions result from exploring internalized perceptions (related to oneself, family, school and/or work environments), challenging these perceptions and then creating a problem-solving action plan.
